Select photos anywhere in the app and send them to this vehicle's own Stock or Client album, created automatically the first time you send — named Stock Number-Make-Model-VIN (last 6) for Stock, the same without the VIN for Client. (Google Photos has no folders, so Stock and Client are separate albums rather than subfolders.) This is the ONE shared Google Photos account for the whole team — connecting is a one-time setup step, not something every person needs to do. Once it's connected, everyone signed into the hub can send photos automatically, with no extra sign-in of their own.
